The staff was amazingly nice and accommodating and we would stay here again. Friendly pet-friendly hotel with good value, we had a fine stay. The booked room was large and exceptional with 2 queen size beds. The location was favourable and great - short walk to the parks and highways, and restaurants and smaller attractions. The service offered was friendly.

The location very near from the universal parks was particularly good and marvellous. Besides, we were really close to all the attractions, Universal Studios, and the restaurants. The whole room was clean with 2 tinny beds and basic facilities, as for instance. The service was friendly and the pool was great.

Only stayed 8 nights, as we didn't have time, but glad that chose this beautiful and friendly hotel. The property's position was marvellous and nice, close to convention center. A cool bonus was nearby Hop on Pop Ice Cream Shop, that offered tea and coffee. The service was great, including a simple check-in. You could leave a car on-site. Enjoyed our good stay there a lot.

We met amazingly nice staff at this hotel. Our room was reasonably large, also it had climate control and TV. Got exceptionally comfortable bed and clean bathroom.
